Roman Sterlingov, the founder of cryptocurrency mixing service Bitcoin Fog, was found guilty in Washington federal court of helping launder tens of millions of dollars on a darknet market known for selling illegal drugs, according to Bloomberg. Roman Sterlingov provided a coin-mixing service that made it more difficult to find the source of proceeds from illegal activities, a jury ruled Tuesday. Bitcoin Fog allegedly processed more than $400 million in untraceable transactions, including some from illicit markets.​
