Summary Balancing a digital currency investment portfolio is not much different from balancing any traditional investment portfolio. You can easily reduce your overall risk according to your investment profile and strategy. All you have to do is simply distribute your investments across different cryptocurrencies. The appropriate extent to distribute your investments is subject to debate, as it has its advantages and disadvantages. However, it is generally accepted that it is beneficial to spread out your investments to some degree. You can reduce the risk of your investments by holding different digital assets (including stablecoins) and making sure to rebalance your asset allocation regularly.
