🚨 US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Commissioner Hester Peirce stated that the cryptocurrency industry is struggling with the defendant SEC and said that the SEC is "only in sanction mode" regarding crypto.

🔹 Peirce spoke at ETHDenver, the annual gathering of crypto developers, investors and marketers focused on Ethereum.

🔹 Peirce said, “If we had clearer rules, you could focus on building.”

🔹 The SEC sued Coinbase, Ripple, Kraken and others, arguing that cryptocurrencies are subject to rules governing investments in the stock market.
