It's not clear whether Altcoin Market Cap needs a dip at this stage or it manages to just position itself for a Weekly Close above the blue level like in mid-2021 without needing a dip
Either way, mid- to long-term outlook definitely bullish
Whatever happens in the short-term isn't as important
But if there is a dip, it'll precede great things nonetheless
