Cosmos developer All in Bits will launch a new governance-focused blockchain network, GovGen, ahead of the launch of Cosmos Hub fork AtomOne. GovGen is scheduled to go live on Tuesday at 9 a.m. ET and will be used primarily to gauge community sentiment on various proposals related to the AtomOne Basic Charter.
