Coffee chain Starbucks will release an NFT collection dedicated to the company's first location, which opened in 1971 in Seattle.
“People from all over the world come to see this historical landmark with their own eyes, feeling a sense of nostalgia and belonging to something bigger. […] With the Starbucks First Store collection, you can become the owner of a piece of history,” says the announcement on the Nifty Gateway marketplace.
Sales of 5,000 digital collectibles on Polygon will begin on April 19. Owners of two or more Journey Stamp NFTs released by the company as part of the Odyssey Web3 initiative will receive early access. The price for Starbucks First Store is set at $100 per token.
