What is CryptoPunk #2202?

Cryptopunk#2022is a female cryptopunk that displays six traits: hot lipstick, earrings, straight hair, classic shades, mole, and a collar. This makes it the 19th rarest of the 10k collection. Therefore, it is extremely valuable.

CryptoPunks is often considered the first true NFT project. Larva Labs, a company founded by Matt Hall and John Watkinson, launched this 10k NFT series in June 2017. At the time, they were available for free. Today, the reserve price is over 56 ETH, which is roughly equivalent to $100,000.

Who are Punks OTC?

Punks OTC, the new owner of CryptoPunk #2022, is a well-known figure in the NFT ecosystem. He has over 11,000 followers on Twitter and launched the first NFT OTC desk. After the purchase, he posted a tweet explaining how satisfied he was to own this rare punk. "Not only got a 6-property punk, but her collar makes her the rarest of all 6-properties and the 19th rarest punk! Thanks to the legendary @seedphrase".

The seller, Daniel Maegaard, aka Seedphrase, is also a well-known NFT collector. He made his fortune by investing in Bitcoin and altcoins about a decade ago. He is the owner of CryptoPunk #8348, the rarest of the series.

Besides that, he is now a DJ and is involved in different collaborations with traditional fashion companies as well as art and gaming ventures.
