How can slippage be so low on a large stablecoin swap?
My understanding is that when one stablecoin becomes cheaper in the pool, arbitrageurs swap it out to profit from the price difference, bringing the pool back closer to balance.
Curve later introduced CryptoSwap pools for assets with greater price volatility, which can concentrate liquidity around the current price based on their internal pricing.
$CRV is Curve’s governance token. Locking it lets you participate in voting. Its current price is 0.2665.
