After FinCEN issued a special measures order against MEXC Global, users reported that funds withdrawn from MEXC faced compliance reviews, were temporarily held pending credit, or were placed under refund review by receiving platforms when transferred to centralized exchanges such as OKX, Binance, and Gate. Bitget Wallet also confirmed that it currently does not accept card top-up funds from MEXC. Although FinCEN’s order has not yet taken effect, these restrictions are based primarily on reports from individual user accounts rather than blanket restrictions imposed by official platforms.
