🚨 Keplr crypto wallet under threat: users report missing funds
The Keplr Wallet team reported unauthorized transactions in wallets created through Google and Apple accounts. Sign-in through these services has been temporarily disabled.
🔐 The issue is suspected to be related to the Web3Auth authentication provider, which also reported a security incident. According to a preliminary assessment, wallets with seed phrases and hardware devices were not affected.
⚠️ Keplr recommends not adding funds to potentially affected wallets or importing them into other apps.
The scale of the losses is still unknown. Users are being warned about scammers offering to help recover funds.
