South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Gopax suspended withdrawals on Friday amid cybersecurity concerns. At the time, Gopax was transferring most of its assets from internet-connected hot wallets to offline storage to protect customer funds. Gopax said the precautionary measure was taken on the recommendation of South Korea’s financial regulator.
