XRPLWin, an XRP Ledger explorer, recorded the activation on Wednesday at 14:52 UTC. The flaw concerned assets issued on XRP Ledger, including stablecoins, not XRP itself. No exploitation of the flaw has been publicly confirmed. The release also corrects accounting for planned lending and pooled-asset features.
