After one of the biggest cyberattacks in the history of the crypto market, many people started questioning Binance.
⚠️👉🏻 But let’s look at the facts!
We’re talking about the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, with a global infrastructure, millions of users, and a crucial presence in the development of the crypto market.
The hackers carried out an extremely sophisticated operation, planned over several months, exploiting internal vulnerabilities and using social engineering.
🔥👉🏻 And what was the response?
Binance committed to covering customers’ losses, has already restored approximately 98% of the affected assets, and worked with industry partners to freeze billions of dollars.
That doesn’t mean the company is immune to failures. No major institution is completely protected from cyberattacks.
But there’s a huge difference between suffering an attack and being unable to respond to it.
Binance remains one of the leading forces in the cryptocurrency market. Its infrastructure, liquidity, global reach, and ability to mobilize resources are factors that cannot be ignored.
The attack showed that even the largest organizations are put to the test. The response demonstrated the company’s ability to react.
In the crypto market, we need to analyze the facts, not just fuel panic.
Binance remains a central part of the crypto ecosystem! 🚀🚀🚀
❤️👉🏻 My view: defending Binance doesn’t mean ignoring the attack. The most credible defense is to acknowledge the seriousness of the incident and point out that the company has taken financial responsibility toward its customers and is working on recovery. That makes the argument much more credible. 🍃🙏🏻
