📈 | Big gains for gold and silver after Democratic victory

🟠 Gold and silver rose sharply today after the Democrats won a majority of seats in the U.S. Congress. This will lead to a clash with the Trump administration and, consequently, reduce government spending and inflation.

🟠 Gold rose 3% and hit a four-session high of $4,048 per ounce, breaking above the $4,000 level for the first time since falling below it last week 📈

🟠 Silver rose 4.5% and reached a high of $52.08 per ounce after breaking above the psychological $50 level.

🟠 Meanwhile, the dollar fell to its lowest level in a month. Oil prices have also fallen 9% since the start of the week and are currently trading above $105 per barrel. This eased inflation concerns and helped gold rise.
