It was initially expected to resume on November 3, but the Binance team extended the suspension to conduct technical reviews and update the reward rules after detecting synchronization failures in the #App mobile app and cases of irregular access in previous weeks.
The main reasons it is unavailable are:

2️⃣ A review of the participation requirements and rewards to adapt them to new compliance regulations in several regions of the Americas.
3️⃣ Temporary adjustments following the security incident in late October, while the team prioritizes the platform’s overall stability.
👁 So far, Binance has not announced a definitive reactivation date; it has only indicated that the pause would last until mid-November 2026, subject to change depending on the progress of technical and regulatory reviews.
