We understand that the past few days have been challenging. In appreciation of your trust and patience, Binance is introducing a limited-time VIP Level Protection Program for eligible VIP users. Under the Program, eligible VIP 1–9 users will each receive one-time VIP level protection for 30 days during the Program Period specified below.

Eligibility

All users who reached VIP levels 1–9 at least once between 21.10.2026 00:00 (UTC) and 30.10.2026 23:59 (UTC) are considered “eligible users” for this Program, including:

30-Day VIP Level Protection

  • Binance will set the highest VIP level a user reached between 21.10.2026 00:00 (UTC) and 30.10.2026 23:59 (UTC) as their “Protected Level.”

  • For 30 days—from 03.11.2026 00:00 (UTC) to 02.12.2026 23:59 (UTC) (the “Program Period”)—a user's VIP level will not fall below their Protected Level, regardless of whether the user meets the standard VIP Program requirements.

  • Changes to a user's VIP level that take them above their Protected Level are not affected. If a user reaches a higher VIP level through their assets or trading volume, they will continue to enjoy the benefits of that level in accordance with the platform's current VIP Program rules.

  • Throughout the Program Period, users will continue to enjoy all exclusive benefits and services corresponding to their current VIP level, ensuring uninterrupted access to these benefits.

Terms and Conditions

  • These terms and conditions (the “Program Terms”) govern users' participation in the Program mentioned above (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, users accept these Program Terms, as well as the following additional terms: (a) Binance Promotion Terms and Conditions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference. 

  • In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Program Terms and any other terms incorporated by reference, these Program Terms will prevail, followed—in the order of precedence listed and to the extent of the conflict—by: (a) Binance Promotion Terms and Conditions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.

  • Only users who have completed identity verification may qualify for rewards under the Program. The products or features mentioned above may not be available in your region. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all restrictions and requirements regarding access to and use of Binance services in every country from which they access the services.

  • Program participants agree to the applicable terms of the VIP Program or confirm that they have already accepted them.

  • This is a one-time program. Participation does not entitle users to VIP-level protection or any similar benefits, nor does it create any expectation that such benefits will be provided after the program period ends. Users' VIP levels will be

  • determined in accordance with the platform's standard VIP Program eligibility requirements, effective from 03.12.2026 00:00 (UTC).

  • Binance reserves the right to revoke a user's eligibility for level protection if their account is associated with dishonest activity, including wash trading, illegal mass registration or account logins, self-trading, or market manipulation. Binance also reserves the right to revoke the eligibility of users who modify Binance's software code or interfere with its operation using other software.

  • Binance reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to determine, modify, or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including, but not limited to, canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Program, its terms and eligibility criteria, and the deadlines for completing any actions. All participants must comply with such changes.
