#币安已处理46.5亿美元提款
Binance began gradually restoring withdrawals yesterday and has processed $4.65 billion so far.
Binance holds around $171 billion in user assets. The $4.65 billion accounts for 2.7%, which doesn’t seem like much on its own. DefiLlama’s data gives a clearer picture: net outflows over the past 24 hours totaled $5.8 billion. The most-withdrawn assets were USDT, followed by USDC and $BTC .
Three days ago, $6.3 billion was stolen in a crypto hack, which the FBI attributed to North Korea. Binance says it has covered 95% of the shortfall. The remaining 5% consists of illiquid tokens outside the top ten, which it is still gradually buying through over-the-counter channels. The balances of BTC, ETH, USDT, $BNB , SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and $ZEC are all fully backed, and the PoR snapshot is available to check.
Withdrawals have resumed at a decent pace. BTC withdrawals resumed first at 6:00 UTC, and by 12:30 UTC, 15 networks had resumed, including ETH, Solana, Tron, Base, and Arbitrum.
The successful withdrawal of $4.65 billion shows that Binance has enough funds to meet withdrawals. The $5.8 billion in net outflows shows that many people are still choosing to withdraw their funds first.
The remaining 5% shortfall and the next PoR report will determine whether this wave of withdrawals is over.
