November 2, 2026 | Today’s latest market update: After $3.64 billion flowed out, will the market keep heading down?
Good morning, crypto friends. After Binance restored withdrawals, $BTC rose 1.07% and ETH rose 1.14%. The key thing to watch today: now that coins have been withdrawn, can prices stay steady?
Binance says it has replenished 95% of the affected assets. According to its disclosure, as of 15:30 UTC yesterday, the platform had seen net outflows of $3.64 billion. Users may withdraw funds to hold them elsewhere or trade on other platforms, so withdrawals alone don’t indicate selling pressure—we’ll need to see whether those assets are sold afterward.
$UNI rose 2.30% and $BNB rose 1.61%, while NEAR fell 3.20%. This recovery is still selective. Chasing a basket of altcoins could easily mean handing back profits from stronger coins through weaker ones. Today, watch whether BTC can hold steady on a pullback and whether UNI can maintain its strength relative to BTC. If BTC gives back its gains and stronger coins also weaken, scale back exploratory positions.
External pressures have eased somewhat: Iran-related talks have pushed oil prices lower, though Brent crude is still at $111.72. Gold (XAU) has rebounded to $3,898, and Nasdaq futures are up 0.6%. Only if energy prices continue to fall will inflationary pressure have a chance to ease, making it easier for tech stocks and crypto assets to retain buying support.
I’m willing to wait for the U.S. stock market to open tonight and for ETF trading to resume before deciding whether to add to my positions.
