We are launching a long-term “Merchant Referral Program.” For every merchant you successfully refer who joins Binance P2P, you can receive a token voucher worth 50 USDC. The referred merchant can also receive a token voucher worth 50 or 100 USDC for completing trading tasks.

How to participate:

Step 1. Log in to your Binance account and complete identity verification. If you have already completed verification, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2. Complete and submit the referral form.

Step 3. The referred merchant completes onboarding.

  • Binance merchants must apply and complete verification using this link.

  • Merchants and experienced traders from other platforms must apply and complete verification using this link.

Step 4. The referred merchant completes their first trade. They post a P2P ad and complete their first P2P trade. After verification, the referrer receives a token voucher worth 50 USDC.

Step 5. The referred merchant completes the trading tasks. After completing the Level 1 or Level 2 task, they receive a token voucher worth 50 or 100 USDC.

Trading tasks for referred merchants

Trade only in the eligible fiat currencies: KZT, KGS, AMD, AZN, GEL, TJS, BYN, UAH, MDL. Referred merchants can receive rewards by meeting the following requirements:

  • Level 1: Complete 60 P2P trades with different users, reaching a total volume of at least 20,000 USDT equivalent. Reward: 50 USDC.

  • Level 2: Complete 120 P2P trades with different users, reaching a total volume of at least 40,000 USDT equivalent. Reward: 100 USDC.

Note: Users can receive only one reward. If a user completes both tasks, they will receive the maximum reward they are eligible for.

Merchant eligibility criteria

The referred merchant must meet all the following requirements:

  • The campaign is available only to new Binance P2P merchants whose Binance account KYC country or region is Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Belarus, Ukraine, or Moldova.

  • Be an active merchant for at least 10 days from the onboarding date (in total; the days do not need to be consecutive). A day counts as active if at least one order is completed on that day.

  • The order completion rate must be at least 80% within 30 days of the onboarding date.

Results evaluation

Results are evaluated every two weeks. The referrer receives a reward on the next evaluation date after the referred merchant's onboarding is confirmed and they complete their first trade. The referred merchant receives a reward on an evaluation date after completing the Level 1 or Level 2 tasks.

If a level has not yet been completed, the merchant remains in the program and their results are evaluated in the next cycle. Trading tasks must be completed within 30 days of the referred merchant's onboarding date. Tasks not completed within this period will not count toward the program.

Campaign Terms and Conditions:

  • These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) govern users’ participation in the promotion specified above (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, users agree to these Promotion Terms, as well as the following additional terms: (a) Binance Prize Promotions Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.

  • In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Promotion Terms and any other terms incorporated herein, these Promotion Terms shall prevail, followed, in order of precedence and to the extent of the conflict, by: (a) Binance Prize Promotions Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.

  • Only users who complete identity verification and confirm their participation during the Promotion period are eligible for rewards under the Promotion. The products or features mentioned above may not be available in your region. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and complying with any restrictions and requirements governing access to and use of Binance services in each country from which they access the services.

  • Referred merchants who complete trading tasks shortly before the end of the campaign period will receive their rewards during the first evaluation after the campaign period ends. Tasks completed after the campaign period ends will not count toward the program.

  • There is no limit to the number of merchants you can refer. For each referred merchant who completes their first P2P trade, the referrer receives a 50 USDC token voucher. There is no limit to the total reward amount either.

  • If a merchant is referred by multiple users, the referral from the first user to provide valid referral information will count.

  • Token vouchers for eligible users and merchants are issued in a single batch to the Rewards Hub within the first 14 calendar days of each month. Users can log in and redeem token vouchers via Profile > Rewards Hub. Learn how to redeem a voucher.

  • Token vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Unredeemed vouchers will be automatically canceled and cannot be reinstated or reissued.

  • The actual reward distribution schedule and other campaign details are subject to the applicable platform rules.

  • Referred merchants must be located in the following countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Belarus, Ukraine, and Moldova.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify users from receiving rewards if their accounts are involved in any dishonest activity (for example, wash trading, illegal mass account registration/logins, self-trading, or market manipulation). Binance also reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance's software code or interfere with its operation using other software.

  • Binance reserves the right, without prior notice, at any time and at its sole discretion, to establish and/or amend the rules and conditions (including, without limitation, canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this promotion), as well as the participation terms and criteria, selection terms, number of winners, and deadlines for any tasks. All participants must comply with any changes.
