One painful lesson I've learned from studying crypto markets is that a falling price doesn't automatically mean a buying opportunity.
When Bitcoin drops sharply, the temptation to catch the bottom becomes powerful. But patience can save more money than a rushed entry.
Today, $BTC is trading below $80,000, with short-term bearish pressure. The 4-hour trend remains weak, while the weekly outlook is more positive.
This conflict tells me one thing: prepare for both directions instead of predicting one.
📊 My BTC/USDT Trading Plan
🔴 Conditional SHORT Setup
- Entry Zone: $78,200–$78,600
- Stop Loss: $79,900
- TP1: $77,468
- TP2: $76,487
- TP3: $75,095
- TP4: $74,835
These are proposed levels, not guaranteed price targets.
🐻 Scenario 1: Bitcoin Continues Falling
If BTC rallies toward $78,200–$78,600 and sellers reject the move, bearish momentum could continue.
A confirmed breakdown below $77,468 could expose the next support around $76,487.
My strategy is to wait for a rejection candle and avoid chasing an already extended decline.
🐂 Scenario 2: Bitcoin Recovers
If $BTC reclaims $78,600 and establishes support above it, the bearish setup becomes less attractive.
A recovery toward $79,812 and $81,306 could follow if buying momentum strengthens.
I would rather miss a trade than fight a confirmed reversal.
🧠 My 3 Capital Protection Rules
1. Never risk more than 1% of my account. On a $100 account, my planned maximum loss is $1, excluding possible slippage and fees.
2. Never enter without confirmation. A resistance touch alone isn't a trading signal.
3. Never revenge trade. After consecutive losses, I stop, review my mistakes, and protect my remaining capital.
💰 My Current Trading Rule
I choose my stop loss before calculating position size. I avoid excessive leverage and never assume a target must be reached.

The goal isn't to win every trade.
The goal is to survive long enough to keep learning.

Do you think $BTC will recover above $80K or fall toward $75K first?
