#ice联手tradexyz拟推美国永续合约 HYPE is currently around $97, up more than 20% in 7 hours and just $1 shy of its all-time high.

There’s only one direct catalyst: NYSE parent company ICE and [the company] signed a definitive agreement to bring Hyperliquid-based perpetual contracts into the U.S. regulated market, and ICE also took an equity stake.

The significance of this news isn’t that “another perpetual contract has launched.” It’s that traditional exchanges are starting to give on-chain perpetuals a compliance stamp of approval.

HYPE’s story used to be “massive on-chain DEX trading volume.” Now the narrative has shifted to “institutional access and exposure”—ICE handles clearing, KYC, and compliant distribution, and designs the market, while Hyperliquid provides the underlying infrastructure.

The pricing framework has changed. That’s why investors are willing to keep pushing the price higher.

The ETF side is also helping. Bitwise’s BHYP traded $40 million in its first 3 hours, and the inflows are real.

But note that the rally is fueled by leverage and sentiment, not by a product that’s already launched. CFTC approval hasn’t come through yet, and the contract details and launch date are still unknown.

The news is genuinely positive, but it’s a “narrative re-rating,” not “revenue being realized immediately.” $HYPE #德鲁肯米勒成为TradeXYZ投资者
