Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, agreed to partner with TradeXYZ to establish a regulated U.S. market for Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures, with specific arrangements subject to regulatory approval. ICE plans to operate these markets and build dedicated exchange and clearing infrastructure for cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, commodities, and foreign exchange. ICE will also make a strategic investment in TradeXYZ. HYPE rose 15% on Thursday, trading at around $91.21 at the time of writing. The agreement follows no-action relief granted by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in May, as President Donald Trump pushes to bring Hyperliquid to the United States.
