🔎 Bitcoin: a technical upgrade does not guarantee a price increase.

📍 $BTC was trading at US$80,113: −1.46% in 24 hours.
⬆️ 24-hour high: US$81,703
⬇️ 24-hour low: US$79,607
Data from Binance: 29/10/2026, 11:44 UTC. Figures rounded.

Core 32.1, released on 27/10/2026, raises the default maximum number of connections from 125 to 200.

👀 My take:
🟢 Adopting Core 32.1 without incident would support the network; a price recovery needs demand.
🔴 The technical upgrade would not offset persistent BTC selling.
↔️ Within the range, I would not attribute a trend change to the software.

🛡️ The announcement does not prove that nodes have already been updated. And 200 connections do not mean 200 payments per second.
