Indicator Notes | $ON | Breaking through the 0.19 level
First, the definitions: A support level is a price range where prices have repeatedly stopped falling in the past. A pressure level (also called a resistance level) is a price range that prices have repeatedly failed to rise above.
Next, how to interpret them: When a price returns to a level after a long time, people who bought around that level before may break even and exit, or add to their positions, so trading activity often becomes concentrated there.
The same reading can mean completely different things in different market conditions, so don’t apply any single rule mechanically.
