#股票财报季 U.S. Stock Market News Breakdown: Oracle Calls Out 35% Growth, Investors Scramble for AI Hardware

All three major U.S. indexes closed higher on Wednesday: the Dow rose 0.19%, the Nasdaq gained 0.27%, and the S&P 500 advanced 0.28%.

Things looked calm on the surface, but there was plenty of action underneath. Micron Technology, the most actively traded stock by dollar volume, climbed 5.86%, as SK Hynix’s blockbuster earnings lifted the entire memory-chip sector.

But the real star was Oracle, which closed up 10.73%. At its Investor Day, the company set a target of $225 billion in revenue for fiscal 2030—an average annual growth rate of 35%—and pledged to keep its financing needs below $20 billion. Investors got the message: “I can turn my AI spending into revenue, so you don’t need to worry.”

Liquid-cooling leader Vertiv did even better, surging 16.48% on doubled orders and an upgraded full-year outlook. Google unveiled its Gemini 4 Carbon model and closed up 1.34%. Nvidia slipped 1.17% as the Justice Department asked questions about its Hugging Face acquisition, but its trading volume still came close to $20 billion.

Money hasn’t left AI—it’s just become more selective. Stories alone don’t cut it anymore; companies need to show orders and cash flow. Investors are lining up to buy proven deliverers like Oracle and Vertiv. The ones selling pie in the sky can cool their heels on the sidelines. $ORCL $SKHY $KORU
