What happened today with the "Federal Reserve" (FED) 🔥

At the press conference following the Federal Reserve (Fed) meeting, central bank chair Kevin Warsh announced that interest rates would remain unchanged in the range of 3.75% to 4.00%. Although the pause was widely expected by the market, the decision was not unanimous and revealed an internal divide, as two committee members (Lisa Cook and Beth Hammack) voted in favor of raising rates by a quarter of a percentage point.

This brought about a familiar outlook. Warsh also assured everyone that the U.S. economy is not "too hot," despite demand pressures generated by the boom in artificial intelligence investments. He mentioned that the Fed's goal is not to hinder economic development.
