On October 27, 2026, restrictions announced by Binance for certain services and assets in Brazil took effect. Other changes are coming in the next few days.

This is one of the most important points.
Binance Alpha 2.0, integrated into the exchange, is among the services restricted in Brazil. If you hold GRASS or another token under โAssets โ Exchange โ Alpha,โ do not assume you will be able to transfer it to your Spot wallet or withdraw it to an external wallet.
According to Binanceโs documentation, tokens purchased through Alpha 2.0 cannot be transferred to Spot or withdrawn to another wallet unless the corresponding token is listed on Binance Spot.

โ ๏ธ Do not confuse restricted access with automatic loss of your balance.
โ ๏ธ Do not count on a transfer or withdrawal without confirming it is available for your token.

Binance informs users that, by October 29, Brazilian users will have an individual payment account within the platformโs Brazilian structure to conduct their transactions in reais.

โข After the deadline, you will need to complete the assessment before making new trades.
โข Products that are incompatible with your profile may require specific confirmation that you understand the risks.

When sending crypto abroad or receiving crypto from abroad through Binance, Brazilian users will need to provide the purpose of the transfer and confirm the counterpartyโs details and the nature of the relationship.
Binance states that these transactions will be reported monthly to the Central Bank, in accordance with applicable rules.
๐ This does not mean that all international transfers will be discontinued. It means that additional information will need to be provided.
