🎓 What are bStocks on Binance? U.S. stocks in token form

After explaining Launchpool and Alpha, today we’re looking at a third tool in the Binance ecosystem: bStocks — U.S. stocks in token form on the blockchain.

What are they?
• bStocks are tokenized securities (BEP-20 tokens on the BNB Chain) that provide 1:1 price exposure to a specific U.S. stock — meaning if the stock goes up, the token goes up with it, and vice versa
• Each token is backed by a real share held by a regulated custodian, and you can verify the collateral on Binance’s Proof of Reserves page
• Available names include tokenized versions of NVIDIA, Tesla, Circle, Micron, SanDisk, and others — with the list expanding over time

What sets them apart?
• Trade 24/7 on Binance Spot — even on weekends, not just during Wall Street trading hours
• You can withdraw them to a compatible wallet and use them in apps on BNB Chain
• You can convert them to the underlying stock at a 1:1 ratio (for eligible users), with no conversion fee
• Dividends aren’t paid out in cash — they’re automatically reinvested through a multiplier mechanism, increasing your token balance

Important points to consider before you get started:
• A token doesn’t mean direct ownership in the company: there are no shareholder voting rights — it offers price exposure, not full ownership of a share
• 24/7 trading doesn’t mean the underlying stock market is always open — so pricing may behave differently when the underlying market is closed
• Availability depends on your country and eligibility — check the current product terms before taking any action

Bottom line: bStocks bridge the worlds of stocks and crypto — offering the flexibility of tokens, but without full shareholder rights. If you use them wisely, understand the difference before you get in, not after.
