Everything Blockchain Inc. (EBI) announced today a partnership with Al-Rushaid Technologies (ART). The two companies will work together to provide highly differentiated data protection solutions to countries in the Middle East and North Africa. According to reports, Everything Blockchain Inc. is a technology company that integrates blockchain, DBMS and Zero Trust to provide new ways to store, manage and protect data; ART is a subsidiary of the Al-Rushaid Group and provides a variety of innovative IT solutions for companies of all sizes and industries.
The five-year distribution agreement totals $47 million, with performance-based installments to EBI, and will see ART become the exclusive distributor of the company’s EB Control platform in several Middle East and North African countries, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Egypt.
