I’m finding today’s market action pretty interesting
BTC is hovering around $80,700, down just over 1% in 24 hours
ETH at 2,376, SOL at 102, XRP at 1.29
Pretty much all the major coins are in the red, and the drops are getting steeper
But look at BNB: around $737, basically unchanged
TRX is even up a little
When the broader market falls, not every coin dives along with it
Money is moving into places that are holding up relatively well
Total market cap has slipped to around $2.8 trillion
BTC dominance is still holding around 59.5%
Put simply, the money hasn’t fled—it’s just hiding out
Instead of chasing high-volatility altcoins, people are sticking with the big names and exchange tokens to weather the storm
Times like these really test your patience
When prices are rising, everyone’s a trader
It’s only when they’re falling that you see who’s been swimming naked
$467 million in liquidations over 24 hours, nearly 70% of them longs
Leveraging up against the trend to chase a rebound is basically just handing money to the market
During a grinding, range-bound stretch, staying in the game matters more than outperforming
My strategy right now is simple:
Do nothing. Just watch.
I’ll wait for BTC to hold above $80,000 before calling a direction
If it can’t hold, and keeps grinding sideways, don’t rush to buy the dip
What about you—at this point, are you sitting it out or still glued to the charts?
Tell me in the comments: which coin in your portfolio is holding up best?
