Binance has announced that it will automatically settle the PTB and MITOUSDT USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts at 17:00 on October 23, 2026, and delist them afterward.
The relevant trading pairs are already subject to position risk controls. Only reduce-only orders are allowed, so users can no longer open long or short positions. Some believe this directly prevents shady market makers from pumping prices and triggering mass liquidations before delisting.
