I got up at 5, and it was still dark. Almost none of the lights were on in the neighborhood; everyone was still asleep. It was -4°C this morning, and there were clearly fewer people out running in that temperature. Even in a fleece jacket and fleece vest, it felt a little chilly when I headed out. After a few simple stretches, I started jogging. When it’s cold, you warm up as you run, and it feels really comfortable.
I jogged 6.9 kilometers in 58 minutes, at an average pace of 8 minutes 20 seconds per kilometer. I wasn’t wearing my fitness band, so I’m guessing my heart rate wasn’t very high. My pace was steady throughout. By the end, I was just slightly warm—not out of breath or tired. This is the kind of run I like best.
As for the markets, BTC is choppy and trying to form a bottom, with fairly limited volatility. BNB is moving along with the broader market, testing back and forth without any clear direction. The main one to watch is SUI. It’s still moving within a range and repeatedly absorbing supply. In the short term, it’s still a grind. We’re in it for the long haul, so all we can do is patiently wait for the cycle rotation.
The weather’s turning cold, so it’s time to harvest the cilantro and radishes in the little vegetable garden. An uncle’s days are about more than just running—there’s everyday life, too. $BTC $BNB $SUI
