There is a known, significant reason behind the sharp rise on the chart. On September 24, The Clearing House selected Quant as its technology partner for the On-Chain Money Initiative, which will enable the clearing and settlement of tokenized deposit transactions. This development appears to have increased interest in QNT and supported its sharp rise toward the end of September. However, this partnership alone does not guarantee direct and proportional demand for the QNT token. The subsequent pullback appears to have been driven more by profit-taking after the parabolic rally and the unwinding of leveraged positions than by any new, notable negative news related to Quant. On the macroeconomic front, U.S. inflation data released in mid-October that came in above expectations could put pressure on risk assets such as cryptocurrencies. Technically, the price rose in a short time from a prolonged sideways range around 55–60 USDT to approximately 374.50, then entered a downward correction, forming lower highs and lower lows. The current level shown in the chart is around 189 USDT. This structure and the descending trendline drawn on the chart keep the possibility of continued selling pressure in play unless the price breaks above the line and closes above it on a sustained basis. If the decline deepens, a possible downside scenario would be for the FVG (fair value gap) candles left behind by the sharp rally to be filled; the level around 75.24 marked on the chart is a zone to watch in this regard. However, this is not a certain target and does not guarantee that the price will fall that far. To the upside, a break above the descending trendline and the formation of higher lows would provide stronger confirmation that the correction is weakening. $QNT #RWA
