I have been looking into Nillion, and what interests me most is the idea behind Covenants. In crypto, transparency is important, but sometimes revealing a trading instruction too early can also create problems.
Covenants aim to solve this by keeping instructions encrypted until predefined conditions are met. DUSK, the first release of Covenants on Ethereum, is an important step toward making this idea practical.
I also find the 7-era roadmap interesting. The focus on expanding across EVM chains, supporting more types of conditions, improving privacy, and making the system more affordable could open up new possibilities for DeFi and other on-chain applications.
For me, the real test will be how reliably developers use this technology and whether real applications gain traction. Technology alone is not enough; adoption matters too.
