image-and-text posts will earn more than the original 20% base trading commission:
there’s also a weekly engagement reward
In plain English:
Before, you only earned money when someone traded through your $BTC tag
Now, real comments, likes, and follows can also earn you a share of the weekly reward pool
Payouts are in USDC
They’ll arrive in your Spot Account by Thursday of the following week
If you earn less than 0.1 USDC in a week, you won’t get paid
But the platform was very clear this time:
Engagement farming, like-for-like groups, follow-for-follow groups, and bulk engagement from alt accounts
won’t count
If they catch you, you could even lose your eligibility
I think this is the right move
Before, everyone was focused on piling up numbers and tags
Now, the competition is about whose posts can really make people stop and have a conversation
Write something half-hearted, and the comments will naturally dry up
You can’t fake that

Write more about things I genuinely understand and have a real opinion on
