🏦 DEUTSCHE BANK EXPANDS INTO CRYPTO CUSTODY, SETS SIGHTS ON ASIA IN 2027!

Deutsche Bank plans to launch digital asset custody services in Germany, then expand to financial centers in Asia in 2027.

🔹 Assets initially expected to be supported:
• Bitcoin (BTC)
• Ethereum (ETH)
• USDC stablecoin
• AllUnity’s EURC and EURAU

📌 According to published information, Deutsche Bank has received approval from Germany’s financial regulator (BaFin) under the EU’s MiCA framework.

💬 Gerald Podobnik, co-head of Deutsche Bank’s corporate banking division, said the rapid growth of the digital asset market, along with the stablecoin market reaching hundreds of billions of dollars, is driving this plan.

📈 What does this mean for the crypto market?

✅ Traditional banks are showing growing interest in digital asset custody infrastructure.
✅ If rolled out as planned, this service could help institutional clients access crypto through familiar banking systems.
✅ The planned expansion into Asia in 2027 will be a development to watch for the region’s digital asset market.

⚠️ However, the expansion plan does not mean that large capital inflows will immediately enter the market. The actual impact will depend on the scope of the services and customer demand.
