Someone asked me how I read the market, and this is what came to mind.

There’s a principle in *Thinking in Systems*:
Donella Meadows talks about feedback loops: positive feedback makes a system spiral out of control, while negative feedback keeps it stable. Leverage is positive feedback; stop-losses are negative feedback. Which one is stronger in your account determines how long it lasts.

Take today’s $ETH as an example: it’s now at 2,426, down 1.97% over 24 hours. This market action perfectly illustrates the point above. It’s no coincidence—it’s human nature repeating itself in the market.

The market won’t go easy on you just because you understand the principles.
I’m jotting this down to look back on later.
