📰 Why are ETF funds suddenly fleeing? What does the $82M outflow signal?

We just talked about this a couple of days ago, and now there’s a new development. Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs have both seen large net outflows: $82.39M from BTC and $69.68M from ETH. This continues the story that began with BlackRock reducing its Bitcoin holdings a couple of days ago. What does it mean?

Why have institutions suddenly lost confidence in crypto? The most direct reason may be declining risk appetite. Although ETH is trading around $2,400, ETFs act as a barometer for fund flows, and their cooling is more concerning than a daily price drop. If these outflows continue until BTC falls below $80,000, the previously discussed idea that “ETFs are a bull-market catalyst” may no longer hold.
