Open a cross-chain audit and you’ll find a row of contracts all called DOGE, yet their verification statuses and risk levels differ. The easiest thing to mistake when moving across chains is, ironically, the same name. The Ethereum contract with that name passed verification, but carries a Mintable notice; the Solana contract with the same name hasn’t even passed verification, has a risk level of 4, and is tagged for wash trading and high risk. The audit page’s “Chain / Contract address / Verified / Risk level” columns are there to answer one question: is this the genuine one? And remember, it’s a snapshot from a particular day—it doesn’t mean it’ll be safe forever. Checking the chain and address usually takes just a few seconds. #Dogecoin #Web3 $DOGE DYOR.
