If TIA can hold above $0.70, with spot trading volume rising at the same time, and then stay above that level on a pullback, that would look more like a breakout with buyers backing it.
If it surges past the level but quickly falls back below, leaving repeated long upper wicks, beware of traders who chased the price getting stuck near the short-term high.
