Today I saw Ai Yi dig into an ETH whale’s ledger, so I took a closer look.
They started building a position around ETH 4,600 in September last year, buying more as the price fell and bringing their average cost down to 4,101. At their peak, they held 15,810 ETH.
From October last year to now, they’ve gradually transferred 15,361 ETH to exchanges, at an average price of 3,226. At that average price, if they really sold, they’d be down 13.45 million.
$ETH is now at 2,437. By the end of the ledger dive, 572 ETH remained on-chain.
