$BTC Evening Market Update: Real-Time Direction Analysis — After This Dump, I’m Actually Looking to Go Long
Bitcoin wicked down to 80226 today before bouncing back, and it’s now hovering around 81020.
The price action today is essentially a recovery after a sharp drop.
My take, guys: the fact that price dipped to 80226 and bounced back shows that buyers are stepping in at these levels in the short term.
The panic selling has come through, and most of those who were going to exit have probably already done so. There’s not as much momentum behind another leg down as there was earlier.
I’m looking for an opportunity to go long.
If price pulls back to 80500–80800 and holds, I’ll enter a small long position, with a stop-loss below 79800.
My first target is 81800; if price holds above that, I’ll look toward 82400.
If it breaks below 80226, I’ll admit I was wrong—don’t stubbornly hold on.
As long as 80226 holds, I’ll look for opportunities to go long.
The bulls won’t have truly turned things around until price gets above 82400.
