$ETH A sharp wick down to 2313, then a recovery—the short-term market is entering a key battleground
ETH just printed a large bearish candle, plunging straight to 2313 before quickly recovering from the dip. It has now bounced back to around 2380, leaving a textbook long lower wick.
That wick is telling us quite a bit.
First, let’s look at the technical structure. 2313 is a valid short-term support level. The long lower wick itself signals that buyers stepped in below, and the swift recovery suggests that some bears took profit while some bulls bought the dip. Above, 2406 is short-term resistance. The dashed line on the chart is nearby, marking a small consolidation area from earlier. If the price rebounds to this level, it will face pressure from both trapped holders and short-term sellers.
For now, this is an oversold bounce, not a reversal. The rebound from 2313 to 2380 is substantial, but trading volume has not increased significantly. Until there is a high-volume breakout above 2406, this can only be described as a technical recovery.
As for trading, don’t chase the price higher. If it pulls back to the 2350–2360 range and holds, you could cautiously try a small long position, with a stop-loss below 2330 and a target of 2406. If it breaks below 2350 outright, that means buyers have failed to hold the level. Exit first and watch for a second test of 2313 below.
There’s still room for short-term trading, but if support breaks, wait for the next setup. The market moves fast; I’ll share specific price levels and position sizes in the chatroom.#以太坊ETF
