Today's EMA20 structure scan, daily chart, as of the 10-14 close.
On 10-11, PEPE, AVAX, and ENA all printed signal candles. Three days later, that same batch of signals had taken three different paths.
PEPE: Signal still alive
Closed at 0.00000408, with EMA20 at 0.00000413: the first candle below, down 1.11%. It came just shy of the confirmation level at 0.00000425, and never broke the invalidation level at 0.00000397—on 10-14, it pulled back to 0.00000408 and remained above it.
AVAX: Signal invalidated
Closed at 10.017, with EMA20 at 10.40: three consecutive candles below, down 3.67%. It never reached the confirmation level at 11.001, and the 10-14 close broke below the invalidation level at 10.192. The next reference below is 9.337.
ENA: The biggest move
Closed at 0.1958, with EMA20 at 0.2197: three consecutive candles below, down 10.89%. The invalidation level at 0.2198 and EMA20 at 0.2197 are almost identical; both were broken, leaving just 6.8% to the 20-day low of 0.1825.
In short: all three invalidation levels were right up against EMA20—PEPE 0.00000397 vs. 0.00000413, AVAX 10.192 vs. 10.40, and ENA 0.2198 vs. 0.2197. The invalidation level and moving average formed the same line of defense, with no buffer in between. So the divergence isn't about whether the signal appeared, but whether there was support after the break.
This is a personal record of trading structures only and does not constitute investment advice.
Which are you watching more closely: PEPE's unbroken invalidation level, or the next support levels after AVAX and ENA broke down? Let's talk in the comments.
