1⃣ Ducat switches to MetaMask; existing testnet Vaults won’t carry over
@Ducatstable will switch to MetaMask during the public testing phase and stop using Xverse and UniSat to manage Vaults. Existing Quanta points will be retained, but migration will only transfer account access—not Vaults or funds. Old testnet Vaults and the test coins in them will not carry over. Users who participated in testing should watch for upcoming migration notices.
2⃣ Strive buys another 2,822 BTC
@Strive has bought another 2,822 BTC at an average cost of about $83,266, including fees. Institutional spot demand remains, but one company adding to its holdings does not guarantee short-term price moves. Don’t treat treasury activity as a direct trading signal.
3⃣ Riot shifts digital asset custody from NYDIG to BitGo
@RiotPlatforms transferred its digital assets and cash from NYDIG Trust to @BitGo Bank & Trust. In principle, the assets will be held in segregated accounts dedicated to Riot, while the company retains ownership of them; the amount transferred was not disclosed, and a change in custodian does not mean the mining company sold BTC.
4⃣ Fractal awards development grants to three completed projects
@fractal_bitcoin announced the results of FIP-30: @PrimeTriad, @utxo_pizza, and @Arthefacte each received 2,000 FB, for a total of 6,000 FB. The winning projects cover mining pool and staking infrastructure, data dashboards, and blockchain gaming applications; these are one-time development grants, not an airdrop for all users.
5⃣ BISDEX enters its public launch window
@bestinslotxyz has once again announced the upcoming launch of BISDEX and $ORDI. BISDEX is positioned as a BRC-20 DEX and has previously undergone closed testing; regular users should wait until the official access point, supported assets, and trading rules are fully announced, and avoid connecting to unofficial spoofed websites.
6⃣ NiceHash has a stale block at height 971345
Bitcoin developer @mononautical reported that a block mined by NiceHash lost the propagation race to F2Pool and ultimately became a stale block. Occasional stale blocks are a normal feature of competition in PoW networks and do not indicate a reorganization of the main chain; for large incoming payments, users should still wait for a sufficient number of confirmations.
What stands out this time is the wallet migration and custody changes: they may not seem exciting, but they have the most direct impact on whether users can access their assets normally.
