Indicator Notes | $SOL | 4-Hour MACD | Bullish Crossover Below the Zero Line
Definition: The same MACD settings can mean quite different things across timeframes: crossovers occur more often on shorter timeframes and less often on daily charts, but they carry greater significance on the latter.
How to read it: Many traders also look for bearish and bullish divergences: when the price makes a new high but the MACD does not, or the price makes a new low but the MACD fails to follow, this is often seen as a sign that momentum is fading.
Leave plenty of room when trading with leverage, and don’t let a sudden price swing force you out of your position.
