Has it ever happened to you that you log in to Binance and see a bunch of different wallet names under ASSETS?

It happens to all of us at first. You just want to buy or hold your crypto, and suddenly you see Spot, Funding, Futures, Earn, etc.

And it feels like each one has a life of its own!

So you don’t go crazy trying to figure it all out, here’s a quick guide to the main ones:

🔹Spot: The classic, your go-to for everyday use. This is where you buy, sell, and trade crypto directly, like BTC, ETH, and BNB.

🔹Funding: Forget about complex trading here. Use this wallet to move money via #P2P or send a payment or gift with #Binance Pay.

🔹Earn: Literally your smart piggy bank. If you’re going to leave your coins untouched for a while, put them here to automatically generate passive income (through staking or savings).

🔹Futures and Margin: Watch out! These are for more experienced users looking to trade with leverage (in other words, take on more risk to try to earn more).

If you’re just getting started, it’s best to leave these alone for now 😅

🔹Alpha: This is where you’ll find the tokens you buy through Binance Alpha (that is, new tokens that become available to trade even before they’re listed on Binance). If you buy or hold a promising token that may later be listed on Binance, it will automatically appear in Spot after it’s listed.

🔹Prediction Wallet 🔮: The money in this section can only be used to trade in the prediction market.

Knowing where your funds are doesn’t just keep things organized—it also improves your security.

Best of all, there’s also:

🔹OVERVIEW: You can quickly and easily see how your money is distributed. It shows you your tokens, and by tapping on one, you can see which wallet it’s in. From there, you can transfer it from one wallet to another without any hassle 💪🏻

💬Which of these wallets do you use most in your day-to-day life, and which one still seems like a mystery to you?
