$URA down nearly 1% today, bigger pullback in recent weeks. $39.28 was the 50% retrace of the 2025 rip but it already tested twice in July/August so it's weaker now.

Real level to watch: 0.618 retrace at $35.64. That's my long entry.

If it holds, I'm in. If it breaks, I'm out. Simple.
