As long as we hold on to our support level of 90 lira, I expect a short-term rise to as high as 120 lira, based on both technical analysis and the data.
Last November, the United States added silver to its critical minerals list.
China, meanwhile, made silver exports subject to licensing as of January 1 and granted export permits to only 44 companies.
In February, the United States also announced a $12 billion stockpiling plan.
On September 23, the first participants began joining the plan.
So, while China is tightening export controls, the United States is trying to build up its stockpile.
U.S. inflation data will be released on Wednesday, and the likelihood of an interest rate hike in December is above 70%. If the data comes in hot, silver could pull back to 90 TL in the short term. If we see a sharp move tomorrow, let's not panic; these are short-term movements.
