I reckon many followers don’t realize that a market shakeout and a decline driven by fundamentals are two completely different things. If it were just a shakeout pushing the price down, that would be an opportunity. But right now, the storage sector is facing the fundamental headwinds of overcapacity, compounded by continued foreign investor outflows. This is no simple shakeout by the big players. Positions at these high levels need massive buying pressure, but right now, money is fleeing. No investor is going to spend big to prop up prices at these levels.
Many retail investors, including some bloggers, only see the positive news about HBM4E and miss the underlying negative factor of overcapacity. That’s the real information gap. A professional trader can’t just look at the surface!!!
